Name: Michael Jantz

Bio: I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Kansas in 2014, and I am currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. My research interests are in the areas of compilers, operating systems, and runtime systems (virtual machines). In particular, our group explores innovative system tools and techniques to achieve faster, safer and more efficient execution on modern and emerging architectures.
